I took my first photographs in Spring 1980 using a borrowed Rolleicord TLR. Some time in late May I swapped this for a borrowed Pentax ME. After graduating, my parents bought me a Chinon CM4. Once I had earned some money of my own I exchanged that for a Pentax ME Super, which I kept for some time. I moved to Nikon in the late 80s - an F601 and the all manual FM2 (which I still have and use occasionally). Along the way I picked up a Zorki 4K which I also still have, albeit with a jammed shutter. Photographs made with all these cameras are likely to appear here. Embraced the digital revolution in 2005 with a Nikon D70, which was upgraded to the D300 on my 50th birthday. Eventually all the associated heavy glass became too much of a burden for my aging joints so I now have a much reduced kit based on the Olympus OM-D E-M5 MkII.
